Worthing or Brighton

Supporting design Målare Hässleholm and structure of schemes, you’ll develop optimum solutions to network problems while also identifying
improvements that enable capital and operating efficiencies. You’ll do that using network analysis and computerised
hydraulic models, by enabling a holistic approach to network investment and supporting development and maintenance of
distribution zonal studies. Your role will also include implementing the Distribution and Operating Maintenance Strategy
(DOMS), carrying out network analysis and cost analysis, as well as translating DWSP into asset interventions.

Of degree calibre in a technical or engineering discipline and a member of a relevant engineering institution or working
towards achieving this, you’ll have experience in water network management and operation, modelling techniques and
systems. So you’ll also have knowledge of PAS55 and Asset management practices, design and construction techniques, H&S
and buildability issues. Commercially aware and with an analytical approach to problem solving, you’ll also be a
confident communicator able to negotiate and facilitate skills essential to shaping strategies that meet both the
immediate and long term needs of the business. A flexible approach to working locations is essential.

You’ll be joining us as we embark on an ambitious programme, developing our asset management capabilities to transform
service delivery. Our ambition to be recognised as the UK’s leading water company offers considerable opportunities for
knowledgeable and capable professionals to help shape our future – and their own.
