Corporate Finance Director

Prime Commercial Staff are looking to recruit a Corporate Finance Director to work within their Glasgow office.
The main purpose of the role will be to develop and expand the consultancy function in order to develop new business and win new clients.
Duties & responsibilities include:
- Review & analysis of financial statements and financial forecasts
- Financial Management of a client portfolio
- Identify and develop Badrumsrenovering Trelleborg Corporate Finance strategies
- Run and supervise project work delegated to junior staff
- Produce reports in accordance with standard procedures
- Further increase the client base through professional networking
- Develop and produce marketing communications and press release
- Monitor and report on activities to directors
You will also provide sound counsel in any decision making processes and keep up to date with policy and procedures.
You must be ICAS/ICAEW – CA qualified and able to identify opportunities in all aspects of Corporate Finance.
