My client is looking for a Learning & Development Advisor within the education sector in a new commercial development of theirs.

The role is to work with the Fasadrenovering Trelleborg Service Sector in areas to include Business Administration, Customer Service and Sales. The role`s objective is to motivate and support a small team of Learning & Development Advisors.

You will hold an A1 Assessor Award and also hold a V1 Award, a relevant occupational qualification and a training/teaching/basic skills qualification (or be willing to work towards these). You will have experience of managing and motivating people, leading from the front and inspiring others.

Your background will be from work based learning and backgrounds from a commercial environment are advantageous.

You will ensure all delivery practices meet the requirements of both internal and external quality and compliance frameworks and provide an excellent service and contribution to building long-term relationships with employers.

You will have experience of quality and self assessment processes.

You will have expereince in the assessment and verification of NVQ qualifications.

You will have worked under your own initiative before and managed your own workload effectively.

You will have recent and relevant occupational experience in qualifications being assessed ideally within the service sector.

You will have experience of dealing with audits and inspections and have experience of working to targets and deadlines. .
