School Receptionist Needed Position

- Full Time Receptionist Hours

- Oldbury Aspire People are looking for experienced Receptionist with previous School experience and a understanding of Simms.net to work Full time in a junior School in Oldbury West Midlands.

 

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required for this role;

* You will need an excellent standard of numeracy and literacy.

* Able to communicate to other colleagues and members of the public.

* A flexible and methodical approach is required to workload and meeting deadlines.

* Ability to text process documents accurately

* Ability to understand the views of the consumers of the service

* Knowledge of the SIMS. Net School administration system

Duties will include:

* General Reception/ office duties

* Up dating School Pupil records

* Processing School Funds

* Responsible of School Money

* Maintaining School Data base

* Liaise with external and internal agencies, schools, parents and pupils

* Routine clerical duties, faxing, mailing, photocopying, typing letters and documents, reception and hospitality duties

Receptionist/Administrator

Our busy medical practice in North Leeds requires someone to work full time in a new position shared between Reception and Administration Departments.

Previous experience is advantageous but not essential as training will be given. We expect applicants to already have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure and to be reliable, flexible and enjoy working as part of a team.

You must be comfortable with computers and IT systems and be able to absorb and retain information quickly.

Reception Duties:

Dealing with patients face to face and by telephone, booking appointments, organising prescriptions and other administrative duties.

Administration Duties:

These duties in the Information Department are varied and include scanning information from documents and letters into the clinical system, running recalls, sorting post, typing letters and assisting other team members.

A training programme will be arranged in both departments and most of the training will be carried out by members of the practice team.
