SMG is an outsourced sales and marketing company in Coventry. We’re highly sought out by national service based companies who are looking for increased exposure in the Midlands area. We have big plans for 2011 including diversifying our portfolio and branching out into new markets, so we need all the help we can get!
We specialize in providing our clients with a unique face-to-face sales approach in order to effectively saturate their target market. By providing the ultimate compliment to mass media, sticking to a grass roots approach, we are able to bridge the gap that currently exists between our clients and their customer base.
OUR SPOTS & OPPORTUNITIES:
We are interested in developing people through all facets of our business development program beginning with sales and customer service. We will then gradually incorporate administration, development of others and daily business operations in order to prepare you to oversee your own project. This structured, fast paced business development program allows people to be coached individually based on their long-term career goals and desire to succeed. Our office prides itself on a “lead by example” attitude towards development and operates with friendly competition and teamwork.
THE SPECIFICS:
Your day-to-day activities will include face-to-face presentations for our clients’ customers in order to determine if our clients’ services are right for them. We target potential customers where they work and live based on our clients’ needs. You will also assist customers with general queries, basic customer service and new registration forms. The harder you work, the more you earn, so this would suit people with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed!
