An excellent opportunity for a SAP Assessor to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy covering the built environment, based from their well established offices in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire.

The sustainability division provides energy calculation and associated services to the building industry. Within the sustainability division of the company its core business is in assisting builders to achieve compliance with Government Building Regulations. The services offered include SAPs, Code for Sustainable Homes, SBEM, & the production of Reklama certificates.

As a SAP Assessor you will be required to carry out the following duties and responsibilities:

Visualising in 3D and interpreting technical drawings

Providing detailed technical advice on the requirements of the building regulations

Carrying out SAP Calculations

Applications will be invited from individuals with the following skills and experience:

Self-motivated, fully qualified and licensed on construction, SAP Assessor.

fully competent in producing SAP assessments and calculations to all levels

Knowledge of SAP 2005 and SAP 2009 is essential

The role requires a high level of accuracy and organisation skills and a working knowledge of construction.
