A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a trainee Service Administrator to join a thriving company based close to the M60 link in Oldham. Previous experience of working in an office environment is desirable as is the desire to develop and progress.
The Role:
* Answering the telephone calls
* Dealing with customer queries
* Distribution of call-outs, planned maintenance and supplementary tests to relevant employees
* Update completed reports when returned to office

* Program service visits where customers require prior notice
* Log calls and jobs
* Issuing of job numbers to engineers
* Ensure all paperwork relating to the service operation is kept up to date
* Liaise with line manager and engineers regarding technical issues
* Monthly service route administration
* Assist with monthly service route administration
* Timesheet entry and reconciliation
* Responsible for collation of service sheets/reports
* General filing and administration duties
* Assist with the purchasing of service parts
The candidate:
* Excellent communicator both verbal and written
* Good People skills
* A professional person, able to interact effectively with a wide variety of people
* Able to use sound judgment, employing discretion as appropriate
* Level headed, capable of keeping order in a hectic working environment
* Self motivated, able to independently prioritise
* Computer experience.
